HRWC-DK67 Rugged Half-Rack Military Mission Computer

The HRWC-DK67 is a compact Half-Rack mountable equivalent to the NLS RWC-DK67 “Hawkeye-1” mission computer.

The HRWC-DK67 is based on Intel’s® Gen 11 System on Chip (SoC) Tiger Lake™ architecture with a 1.8 GHz (4.4GHz max.) Core™ i7-1185G7E Quad Core CPU, 12MB cache and up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 RAM. A 500GB removable SSD is standard.

The machined aluminum housing measures 8.0” wide x 6.5” deep x 1.79” (1U) tall and is environmentally sealed against dust, sand and water incursion. Mounting brackets are provided for surface/table top mounting and for installation in an IEC compatible 9.5” Half-Rack enclosure or transit case as shown below.

MIL-DTL-D38999 Series-III connectors for Power, USB/COM, DVI/HDMI TMDS and mDP video provide physical protection and signal integrity in the harshest environmental conditions. GbE LAN is supported by compact CeeLok FAS-T connectors. The I/O connectors are installed on a removable panel providing the ease and flexibility to re-configure the complement for different mission requirements. The HRWC-DK67 COTS signal complement includes 2x USB 3.2 ports, 2x GbE ports, and 2x configurable RS232/422 ports. Optional MIL-STD-1553 is supported via Twinax connectors.

The full complement of signals supported by the internal SBC is summarized in Table 1. M.2 and mPCIe expansion ports are provided for plug-in of special function boards including MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 818 and CANBus. The 120W military grade 28VDC power supply is compliant to MIL-STD-461 EMC and MIL-STD 704 for spike and surge.
