Neuro Logic Systems, Inc (“NLS”) is committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) in our electrical and electronics products. NLS will comply fully with the RoHS Directive by June 1, 2006. This directive bans the use of heavy metals (Pb, Hg, Cd and Cr6), and of brominates fire retardants (PBB or PBDE) in the manufacturing process. This ban will apply to all products sold in the EU, regardless of country of origin.
We are currently on track to meet the July 2006 deadline for removing restricted substances from products. NLS is focusing on ensuring all technical and compliance issues are addressed and affected products are converted on time.
Our goal is to exceed compliance oblifations by ensuring that our products meet the most stringent requirements of the RoHS directive for cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), Lead (Pb), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and will be available to the consumer, reseller, distributor by June 1, 2006.
