8.4″ SOSA Aligned VNX Military Smart Display
The CF-8-VNX is a compact, integrated Smart Display/PPC featuring a Hi-Brite, sunlight readable 8.4” XGA LCD, rugged GFG Resistive or PCAP touchscreen and powerful SOSA Aligned VITA90 VNX -based Linux and Windows™ compatible computer.
The unique VNX-based design permits field removal/replacement of the entire computer, including all static programs and data in less than 1 minute without tools. The ability to separate the computer from the non-critical display hardware for servicing or upgrade yields an MMTR vastly shorter than any conventional PPC solution. It offers a considerable advantage when deployed in Secure Areas involving Classified information and operations.
This design simplifies sterilizing the hardware to remove classified information before taking the PPC out of a Secured area for servicing or upgrade.
The modular design in the CF-8-VNX is transportable to other NLS displays, from 7″ to 50″.
